Electrical Safety Survey

If you are unsure about an electrical installation’s condition it is wise to have a survey on the installation especially if there is no evidence of any previous testing or information on that installation.

Minor Works Test and Inspection

The Minor Works Certificate is only used for additions, alterations or replacements to an installation that do not extend to the provision of a new circuit.

The Certificate will show:-

• A description of the minor works
• Installation details
• Essential tests
• Declaration – Certificate will be made out and signed by a competent person

Test and Inspection of a New Installation

Electrical Installation Certificate ( form 1 ) - One signature.

Electrical Installation Certificate ( form 2 ) - Three signatures.

Electrical Installation Certificates are only to be used for the initial certification of a
New Installation.
